I finished writing the lyrics of this song on 11 March 2021 to be precise. It's about surviving a toxic relationship and coming through the other side with your dignity more than intact. I always felt it needed two voices — a man and a woman — because that experience belongs to everyone. Hannah Grammar, my Suno collaborator, sings the female parts. I did a short on my Youtube channel for this song.
